Warnings

TrexWallet, like any financial system, must not be misused or operated without understanding its limitations. The following warnings and restrictions are essential for preventing errors and ensuring safe operation.

Operation Integrity​

TrexWallet guarantees operation integrity only when changes go through documented APIs and admin actions. Direct data-store changes are unsupported and can invalidate balances and lifecycle state.

Blockchain Network Risks​

  • All operations involving external blockchains (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) are subject to network confirmation delays and variable fees. These factors depend on the external network and are outside TrexWallet's control.
  • Entering an incorrect address for withdrawals may result in irreversible loss of funds. Always verify the destination address before confirming any operation.
  • Some tokens and networks have specific requirements (e.g., minimum amounts, memo/tag support). Failure to comply may result in errors or loss of funds.

Manual Data Changes​

  • Use only documented APIs and admin actions for financial operations.
  • Contact TrexWallet support before any exceptional recovery procedure.

Atomicity and Batch Operations​

  • All operations, including batch operations, are atomic: either all changes are applied, or none. If any error occurs, the entire operation is rolled back.
  • Partial execution of batch operations is not possible. An error in any transaction within a batch will cause the entire batch to fail.

Fees and External Costs​

  • All operations involving external networks incur network fees, which may fluctuate significantly depending on blockchain conditions.
  • Internal transfers between TrexWallet users are free, but all external transfers are always subject to network fees.

AML/KYC and Regulatory Restrictions​

  • Certain operations (e.g., withdrawals, large transfers) may be restricted until AML/KYC procedures are completed.
  • Violation of AML/KYC requirements will result in blocked operations and may lead to account suspension.

System Addresses and Access​

  • System addresses (hot/cold wallets, reserves, fee collection) are not directly accessible to users. Attempts to use them for user operations will result in errors.
  • All system addresses are regularly audited and monitored for security and compliance.

Error Handling and Transaction States​

  • Any error during transaction processing will result in a rollback of all related changes. Users receive a clear error message.
  • Some transaction states (e.g., Blocked, Failed) require administrator intervention to resolve or retry.

Unsupported Scenarios​

  • TrexWallet does not support manual intervention in transaction processing except through official administrative tools.
  • Use of unsupported tokens or networks is only possible after official addition and configuration in the system.

Security Considerations​

  • The system is protected by the built-in Auth Proxy Gate, but users are responsible for the security of their devices and credentials.
  • Do not use simple passwords and never share private keys or sensitive information with third parties.
